2 Great Bounce Back Smoothies!

Try these two smoothie recipes that get me going through & back on track into a healthy + clean routine after a vacation, holiday or long weekend with lots of celebrations!

Bounce Back Smoothie 1 (1 serving)

Ingredients:

  • 8 oz. Coconut h20
  • 1/2 banana
  • 2 tbs Organic Protein (I use Perfect Fit or SunWarrior) 
  • 2 tbs ground flaxseed
  • 1 tbs chia seeds ice
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 2 handfuls of spinach
  • 1 clementine
  • 1 cup of ice

Green Bounce Back Smoothie 2 (1 serving)

Ingredients

  • 8 oz. Almond Milk 
  • 1/2 banana
  • 2 tbs of Organic Protein (I used peanut protein)
  • 1 tbs ground psyllium husk
  • 2 handfuls of kale
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1 cup of ice
