Many have wondered and asked me about how much I must eat in a day to keep up with all the calories I burn and to keep me running! Staying healthy is important but I also like to enjoy food. Convenience can become pricey and sometimes don't have the best options. Therefore, always be prepared! One of my best friends is NOT an avid cook and sometimes asks for help when shes going grocery shopping on Sunday and not really sure what to buy. One rule I try to stick to is: DO NOT food shop when you are HUNGRY! Think about what you like, need and maybe what your body can use more of. Be realistic, economical and creative.
